LEFT STUFF UNDOEN AGAIN EVERY TIME WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO THIS SERVICE CENTER WE HAVE HAD SOME KIND OF PROBLEM...THIS TIME WE WENT IN TO REPLACE DEFECTIVE RECALLED AIRBAG AND A EVERY TIME WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO THIS SERVICE CENTER WE HAVE HAD SOME KIND OF PROBLEM...THIS TIME WE WENT IN TO REPLACE DEFECTIVE RECALLED AIRBAG AND A NEW KEY FOB SHELL....AFTER WE LEFT AND DRIVING DOWN THE HWY, MY WIFE STARTED CHECKING UNDERNEATH THE GLOVE COMP DASH...THERE WAS CLICKING NOISES AND SHE COULD MOVE THE ENTIRE BOTTOM OF THE MOLDING UNDERNEATH GLOVE BOX. WHOMEVER WORKED ON THIS DID NOT REPLACE ONE OFF THE LONG RUBBER CAPS THAT GOES ON END OF MOLDING AND IT WAS SHAKING ALL OVER THE PLACE. WHEN WE GOT HOME I HAD TO REPLACE MISSING CAP . ALSO WE FOUND A HONDA BOLT ON FLOORBOARD BUT COULD NOT FIND A PLACE WHERE IT WENT....WE HAVE BOUGHT MULTIPLE VEHICLES FROM THERE BUT NEVER WILL WE BUY ANOTHER FROM THIS DEALER.....OH AND BY THE WAY WE COMPLAINED ABOUT PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG PROBLEMS 8 9 YEARS ago on car? ur service center stated it was our fault, seat covers were covering sensor.....bull.....as far as picking person below we had to in order to make this complaint...i don't know who handled this....we just know this dealer will never get our paid business again so if jodie bradley had nothing to do with this. sorry but we had to pick some name More

Excellent Service First of all the dealer was very helpful in verifying I had Honda Care and assisted me in getting my car towed as it wouldn’t start and when I could g First of all the dealer was very helpful in verifying I had Honda Care and assisted me in getting my car towed as it wouldn’t start and when I could get it started all warning lights were on. Frances called me as soon as my car arrived and told me the car was being evaluated. I was kept in contact with while they were diagnosing and fixing my car.
