After discussing the matter with the service manager they rotated my tires. the service writer apologized, the service manager apologized and there was no charge for my services performed I was very disappointed and will not go back for further service How can I trust that the work I ask for is actually being done More

You should have a backup service computer. Lost time..,. Put in a backup computer. Very good the two agents I worked with were excellent All the individuals I worked with were excellent with the exception of the one sales supervisor I met.
