Very helpful and understanding I recently purchased my accord from another Honda dealership, Wesley Chapel Honda and had to bring my Bev Hicks in 3 times within the first 3 weeks of I recently purchased my accord from another Honda dealership, Wesley Chapel Honda and had to bring my Bev Hicks in 3 times within the first 3 weeks of having my vehicle. Every time I went, I was very dissatisfied with the treatment of my concerns. My tech was not helpful st all and made me feel like each of my concerns were because of something I did. I purchased the extended warranty as well as my vechicle being certified and expected better results.
