Displeased with recommended service. I was displeased with the service department circling that I need my break system worked on when they had already serviced the breaks less than 15K mi I was displeased with the service department circling that I need my break system worked on when they had already serviced the breaks less than 15K miles ago. When I questioned the service department, I was advised the technician didn't read my records. My question for the department manager is this. Did the technician servicing my vehicle even check the break system or did they look at the recommended maintenance listed in the manual/ computer? I would like to think that Love Honda is inspecting the vehicle; not just recommending service in the manual. More
