The finance department lies. All be it my fault I didn't read and clarify at the time of purchase. They said at the time when we purchased it that they didn't offer gap. Then sold us a $5000 insurance that only covers total loss if stolen then totaled however we were lead to believe it would be covered if totaled saying nothing about theft. The service department is terrible. They had our vehicles for 3 plus months for a body clip that was wrong more than 3 time when they ordered it. When they tried to make it right by tinting the windows at no charge, they drove the vehicle with the sunroof off the track and the glass lifted then shattered. On a different note. I manage a Fleet of vehicles and while trying to get 4 F-150s ordered, the sales associate I was working with stopped replying to my communications. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone for anything. STAY AWAY! More

Bought a truck here about 4 months ago. I was told it's been gone through and is in go shape to go. Got it home and noticed it's blowing white smoke on start up. Luckily I didn't drive it m I was told it's been gone through and is in go shape to go. Got it home and noticed it's blowing white smoke on start up. Luckily I didn't drive it much. Checked the oil and it was black and dirty. My oil life on the truck must've been reset and never changed. And the truck had 3 quarts too much oil. It had 10 qts instead of 7 qts. I'm glad nothing has happened yet. Kind of a bummer when you spend 40k on a USED truck and it has 3qts too much oil. I'm not happy with my purchase from this place. Hopefully I don't have to use my warranty because I don't want them working on anything of mine!! More
