Lovering Volvo was established in May of 1996 by Rich and Linda Lovering in Concord NH. In 1998, they opened another Volvo dealership in Nashua, NH and in 2005, opened Lovering Volvo of Meredith, NH. We have established a family of dealerships to make it more convenient to meet our customer’s needs throughout the state. Rich has been in the automobile business for 26 years and Linda has been working in the industry for 28 years. We are a family owned and operated business.
Rich and Linda’s ultimate goal is complete customer satisfaction. Our mission statement reads: “ To provide a superior ownership experience unsurpassed in the auto industry. To care and communicate with consumers and each other. I bought my first Volvo from Lovering in 2003 and last Friday, I purchased my third Volvo there. If you are at all interested in the Volvo platform, there is no need to investigate any other dealership. Friday, I purchased my third Volvo there. If you are at all interested in the Volvo platform, there is no need to investigate any other dealership. Everyone at this dealership is top notch. John in service has done so many kind and above necessary things for me, that it would be impossible for me to mention them all. From checking my car after a recent accident to see if it was safe to drive home, to quickly replacing a wiper blade for me, he is top notch to deal with. Last December, while John was checking the damage to my car, I worked with Richard to see if the R series S60 that they had on the lot would be a good fit for me. After the test drive, I worked some #'s with him and decided that it would be best to just repair my car at this time. Richard said that he would keep his eyes out for another R series if it came on the lot. Sure enough, last Tuesday Richard called me to let me know that he had another R series on the lot. He even let me know that it was priced higher than what I had listed as my limit, but that it was a nice car, they knew the maintenance record, and perhaps I would like to try it out. The whole experience with Richard was great, the test drive was fantastic, and after some soul searching, I went ahead and bought the car. From service to sales to administrative paperwork... every aspect of this transaction was pleasant. You are not just a number when you enter this dealership, you are a human being. My new osmium grey S60 R is a fantastic car that puts a smile on my face every time that I get behind the wheel. Do yourselves a favor and check these guys out! Jim Miller More
