The car was fairly new (Low mileage un We found a perfect used vehicle that we were targeting online and contacting Lovering on Concord, NH about it. The car was fairly new (Low mileage under 25K) and in very good condition. The negotiation was clean (Mostly over email/phone) and we scheduled to test drive a few days later. After the test drive, we purchased the vehicle, and because we were out of state waiting for the Lovering to do the running and registration. Initially, we got a call a few days after that they could not find the title so the dealership delivered a rental car to us. Eventually, after 2 plus weeks, the car was delivered to us in MA (One state away). Upon getting the vehicle dropped off there was a very distinct mildew smell in the car. The dealership told us they knew nothing about it. We took the car to a certified autobody expert who immediately recognized water damage to the vehicle. After paying $200 to have the car industrial cleaned, the small is still present and we have not heard anything back from Lovering after multiple emails and calls.
