UPDATE- WARNING TO EVERYONE! 6 months after buying a Volvo here I am now paying on a $13,000 loan with a car that I can't drive because of a blown engine. I was just about due for my very first oil chan Volvo here I am now paying on a $13,000 loan with a car that I can't drive because of a blown engine. I was just about due for my very first oil change and I was driving along and had the car just about stopped right on the road and started making a banging sound under the hood. I then pulled into an area where I could have AAA come and get it and bring it down to lovering where I purchased it from. after they took a look at it I was told that there was barely any oil in it and I had a blown engine. There was no leak or any sign of oil being burned. The only thing that is plausible in this case is that when I purchase the car they had not done an oil change on it. I have never had something happen to me like this in my entire life and always purchase cars that are a few years old. I usually do my business at Banks Chevrolet and they have been very good to me, the only reason I went to lovering was because I wanted to try out a Volvo as I heard they were very safe. I will never go there again because the only thing that I am offered from this company after their negligence is to spend another $5,000 on a new motor. I really expected somebody to take responsibility with something like this, as it clearly was a mistake of theirs. every single mechanic I have spoken with has said the car would not have been out of oil if an oil change had been done on it.. especially where no leak was found and no signs of the engine burning any oil,. I will continue to do my business at Banks Chevrolet and I advise everybody else to pick a different place than this as I have never once had an issue with any of my vehicles and problems with oil or blown engines. I do feel if something like this was to happen at Banks Chevrolet they would have done something about it and been good about their name. More

Then Tami helped me through comparing insurance companies, price quoting, and purchasing. Finally, she sat in the car with me and explained all the (extensive) features.
