2018 S90 T5 Purchase In the market for a vehicle for a few months and evaluated several brands and models. Located my S90 at the Concord location via the Lovering website In the market for a vehicle for a few months and evaluated several brands and models. Located my S90 at the Concord location via the Lovering website. The website allowed me to gather detailed information on the car and this particular car checked most of my checkboxes. I decided to drive up to the dealership and take a test drive. I was greeted by Lisa and I advised her of my request - within 10 minutes I was turning out of the dealer parking lot for my test drive! I took a 15 minute drive around town and asked Lisa to fill me in on all the features as I kept an eye on the road. Lisa was very in tune with the features in this car and answered most of my questions immediately. The few she couldn't answer at that time she researched and answered shortly after returning to the dealership. As I exited the vehicle I did a quick visual inspection of the exterior and though the majority of the exterior was pristine I found some very deep gauges and scratches on the rear bumper - possibly occurring during transport to Concord. Lisa spoke with her manager and it was agreed that this damage would be repaired free of charge. The price was right - the customer service was excellent and the Volvo reputation of future customer support made the deal! Thanks for the great experience! Terry Moore More

S60 T6 R-Design New Car Purchase I was in the market for a new or slightly used luxury car and stopped by Lovering Volvo to look at a used S90. I was helped by Jakob who told me all a I was in the market for a new or slightly used luxury car and stopped by Lovering Volvo to look at a used S90. I was helped by Jakob who told me all about the Volvo brand and all the safety features the Volvo brand has. He took his time with explaining the car and then had me take a test drive. When I returned I told him that I would be back the next day. He simply said ok and at no point did he try to pressure me into buying TODAY like many other dealerships. When I returned the next day I had asked if I could try out the S60 just to see what they were like and he put me into the S60 T6 R-Design and after I returned from my test drive he could tell immediately that I was pleased. Again, he did not try to sell me that car that very day. He was supportive and willing to help with any questions and spent time with me going through the different cars on the website. I left and told him I would be back. I finally did return with a specific car at the dealership in Nashua. He looked into it and began the process for me to purchase the car. Throughout the couple of days I threw a lot of questions his way and he answered all of them with expertise. Although the process was smooth and I am very pleased there were just a couple of small issues that were not in Jakob's control. I was ready to purchase the car on Monday, but since it was late in the day it would have to wait, but finance guy did not work on Tuesdays so I had to wait until Wednesday. This is no big deal, but the plan was for the car to be delivered to Concord for me to test drive that particular car Wednesday morning at 10:00 am. I arrived on time just to find out the drivers just took off for Nashua and I would have to wait another 2 hours before they were back. I did my test drive and was told that my appointment with the finance guy was at 2:00 pm, but that too was delayed. All in all, I was tied to be at or near the dealership all day and did not leave until 4:30. Finally, and this is not a complaint, this dealership like every other dealership does try to sell a number of protection, service and warranty options when signing the paperwork. I attempted to get the info before the meeting so I was prepared but was told it could only be done during the signing. Like other dealers, they do try to convince you to buy the additional products and show you the price as part of your monthly payments and show you both a 60 month and 66 month option, which I know is to help show their affordability. I asked for the individual prices since I do not like financing these services since they can easily add thousands of dollars to your loan. I will say I did not receive any type of heavy selling or trying to convince me to take these options. The car was presented cleaned, detailed, and ready to go. It really is a beautiful car and drives great. I am happy with the purchase and my experience. One last comment, and this is often what you see in many companies that have hierarchy. The ones low on the totem pole seem to do a lot of work and jump through a lot of hoops to get the job done, but don't get to see the benefits that the executives get. It is hard to imagine that the sales people at Volvo do not get a car to drive. The executives make plenty of money to afford a car to drive, yet they are the ones who get a Volvo....while the sales people who do all the work to sell the cars can only sell based on what they have learned and not from the personal experience of driving the cars themselves. More

I picked out a couple of vehicles online to look at and they were both ready for me when I showed up. Phenomenal Customer Service! Lovering Volvo in Concord #1 After newly moving to the Concord area from MA, I needed a dealership to service my Volvo. Since I used Lovering Volvo of Nashua in the past, it was a "no brainer" to try Lovering Volvo of Concord. I was hoping to get the same awesome experience I had in Nashua. I definitely made the right decision. While I was waiting on some routine service for my XC60, a really nice woman started up a conversation with me. We talked about what I liked about the car, etc. At that time, I told my new friend (Tami) that I would really like to upgrade my XC60 to the XC90 if there was an opportunity and I took her card, she took my info and off I went. Tami was good about connecting with me every so often about deals coming up that when it was time to upgrade (almost 9 months later), I definitely wanted to connect with her. When we arrived, the place was buzzing. We were instantly greeted walking in the door. After connecting, Tami (Lovering) took her time with me and my family (yes, we all showed up) while I drove a few different options. She ensured we understood everything she was telling us about the agreement, the car, etc. My buying experience was even better this time. You want to be able to trust that you are getting something exceptional for the price...and you are! I felt relaxed and confident during the entire process. Tami makes you feel like family from the second you walk into the dealership. She genuinely cares about you, wants to get you into the automobile you want, and goes above and beyond to make it happen (she even washed my new car herself)!
