Phenomenal Customer Service! Lovering Volvo in Concord #1 After newly moving to the Concord area from MA, I needed a dealership to service my Volvo. Since I used Lovering Volvo of Nashua in the past, it was After newly moving to the Concord area from MA, I needed a dealership to service my Volvo. Since I used Lovering Volvo of Nashua in the past, it was a "no brainer" to try Lovering Volvo of Concord. I was hoping to get the same awesome experience I had in Nashua. I definitely made the right decision. While I was waiting on some routine service for my XC60, a really nice woman started up a conversation with me. We talked about what I liked about the car, etc. At that time, I told my new friend (Tami) that I would really like to upgrade my XC60 to the XC90 if there was an opportunity and I took her card, she took my info and off I went. Tami was good about connecting with me every so often about deals coming up that when it was time to upgrade (almost 9 months later), I definitely wanted to connect with her. When we arrived, the place was buzzing. We were instantly greeted walking in the door. After connecting, Tami (Lovering) took her time with me and my family (yes, we all showed up) while I drove a few different options. She ensured we understood everything she was telling us about the agreement, the car, etc. My buying experience was even better this time. You want to be able to trust that you are getting something exceptional for the price...and you are! I felt relaxed and confident during the entire process. Tami makes you feel like family from the second you walk into the dealership. She genuinely cares about you, wants to get you into the automobile you want, and goes above and beyond to make it happen (she even washed my new car herself)! My kids thought she was one of my best friends! Buying a car is always a little nerve wracking.
