Absolutely the worst dealership Marc Bowie, Sales Manager and Rich and Linda Lovering are ruthless liars. They will stop at nothing to sell cars. Making money is their primary object Marc Bowie, Sales Manager and Rich and Linda Lovering are ruthless liars. They will stop at nothing to sell cars. Making money is their primary objective. Taking care of the customer and doing the right thing is secondary. I woukd strongly caution anybody contemplating doing business with the Lovering name. More

Great customer service Tom Kelahan was remarkable!!! He greeted us at the door and rememberd my husbands name from the day before. My husband had his heart set on a silver S Tom Kelahan was remarkable!!! He greeted us at the door and rememberd my husbands name from the day before. My husband had his heart set on a silver S60 only 8,000 miles. Our car wasn't driving well any more. We went out and took a test drive his mind was made up. Yet I had my heart set on an SUV . So Tom VERY patiently had us in and out of four cars in only three hours! Tom and Dan helps us find an in between fit for both of us lots of leg room in the back!!! So the final decision was made a black S60 t5 but of course I had to make sure it was the same as the others yet it wasn't the seats were different. So again Tom found us the another S60 with the seats I perfered and the car was the color we desired! More

Great dealership all around! I purchased a new 2017 Volvo XC60 at Lovering Volvo in late July. Tami Lovering (product specialist) and Andrea Tuthill (business manager) worked with I purchased a new 2017 Volvo XC60 at Lovering Volvo in late July. Tami Lovering (product specialist) and Andrea Tuthill (business manager) worked with me and both were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. I switched from a Honda CR-V to a XC60 so there was a steep learning curve for me in terms of becoming familiar with the XC60 but Tami Lovering put me ease and answered all of my questions. She was absolutely awesome to work with and I would recommend buying a car from her at this dealership to anyone looking for a Volvo. I received terrific courtesy, care, and consideration at Lovering. Fantastic place! More
