Mr. Lovering should pride himself for hiring John Reilly. I recently had an encounter on I-89 with a coyote, which happened on my way to Concord hospital for my wife's eye appointment. Due to time constra I recently had an encounter on I-89 with a coyote, which happened on my way to Concord hospital for my wife's eye appointment. Due to time constraints, I didn't stop to find out what I had hit, as it happened in a flash. When I got to the hospital, the car was driveable, I looked under the front end to see water coming out of the radiator, along with fan and other misaligned engine parts. In the ensuing 5 weeks that my car was at the Concord dealership, John did a fantastic job dealing with an insurance adjuster who was "a piece of work". John negotiated with him until the insurance company agreed upon an agreed labor rate. There were 31 parts that needed to be replaced and the insurance company said no new parts could be used. When we left my Volvo with John, he had us driven home to New London, 35 miles north. When my car was completely repaired, the Volvo was delivered to me in New London. More
