Lovering Volvo was established in May of 1996 by Rich and Linda Lovering in Concord NH. In 1998, they opened another Volvo dealership in Nashua, NH and in 2005, opened Lovering Volvo of Meredith, NH. We have established a family of dealerships to make it more convenient to meet our customer’s needs throughout the state. Rich has been in the automobile business for 26 years and Linda has been working in the industry for 28 years. We are a family owned and operated business.
Rich and Linda’s ultimate goal is complete customer satisfaction. Our mission statement reads: “ To provide a superior ownership experience unsurpassed in the auto industry. To care and communicate with consumers and each other. Lovering Volvo is 90 minutes from where we live and this is the second Volvo we have purchased there. This alone should tell our story! Seven years ago we were look for a very specific car and we found it is the second Volvo we have purchased there. This alone should tell our story! Seven years ago we were look for a very specific car and we found it at Lovering. What brought us back was the very personal service from Tami. For many years she kept in touch - checking in once a year. But more important, she's accessible and responsive. You can call her up and she answers the phone. If you need an answer on something, Tami researches it and gets you an answer. We've never had an issue with our Volvos (the one we bought 7 years ago was perhaps the best car I've ever owned) but I feel certain that should something come up that needs addressing, Tami and Lovering Volvo will help us address it. More
