I stopped by the dealership a couple months back at the beginning of my new car search. It had been more than 15-years since I last purchased a vehicle so I had a lot of cars I wanted to look at but with beginning of my new car search. In the end I returned to where I began, Lovering Volvo, to purchase a V60. A last minute change had us looking for an XC60 instead but all through the process our saleswoman, Francesca, was patient with us and seemed to understand that this was a big decision for us since we don't purchase often. In the end Francesca was able to help us locate the vehicle we wanted, with the options we wanted, from another Lovering location rather than having to order the vehicle from the factory. More
