His intimate knowledge of Volvo prouduct and inventory allowed me to quickly narrow down the large selection at my disposal. When it came to negotiating with Stephen and Dan, we were able to walk away with a deal that made us all happy. Lovering has very fair list prices, so don’t be too worried if you aren’t the strongest negotiator (but they will work with you if you work with them, so don’t be afraid to do a bit of back and forth) To top it all off, you can shop, discuss, or relax in the beautiful and recently expanded showroom, complete with coffee and snacks! Very cool Swedish look that is more akin to a high end European coffeehouse than your traditional American car dealer. You’ll love Lovering! More

He knew that I wasn't making a purchase on the first visit and because of my busy schedule it would be 1-2 months before I would buy. He kept in touch but only to update me on what was new in stock. Upon my decision James took me through the final purchasing process. James was VERY knowledgeable on this vehicle. There are so many features and a lot to learn but he is above and beyond any other salesperson at other dealerships.
