Lovering Volvo Cars Nashua

I recently purchase a 2008 XC70 and my experience couldn't have been more pleasant. I hate going to car dealership because of the high pressure tactic they put on you when you purchase a vehicle espe couldn't have been more pleasant. Lovering Volvo is the exception, I was greeted by the front desk as soon as I get in and Ken came over with Jeremy to show me around the lot for all the available used XC70. Since I had browsed their website a few days before and had one picked out, Jeremy took me directly to the car and explained it in detail all the features and options that came with the car. Negotiating the price was direct and easy and they were willing to give me a little more money for my trade so I can keep my payment low on the XC70. We did hit a little roadblock with the vehicle that I had picked out because the title wasn't in yet therefore I couldn't take delivery of the vehicle, not Lovering fault but the State of NH was behind in processing the title. While waiting for the title to come in, Rick Lovering personally called me to offer me a loaner so I wouldn't put more mileage on my trade-in. My wife was anxious to get the Volvo and we ended up changing it to another XC70 without any problem at all. By the time I arrived to pick up my car, Ted the Business Manager had all the paper work ready to be signed, he explained to me about the extended warranty which we purchased, the XC70 is detailed and ready to go. Needless to say our experience was wonderful with Lovering and we will definitely purchase our next Volvo from Lovering. More

My husband and I went to look at a specific car that was in the front of the lot. Sara came out and greeted us as we were looking at the car. After a reasonable time, she returned and offered us a chance to take it for a test drive. We did and were very impressed with its look, handling of the road and overall package. We went in to crunch some numbers. Sara was very professional and extremely personable, as well as knowledgeable. She spent a great deal of time working with us on getting the best deal we could. Ted was called in for his input of the extended warranty and he as well, was very pleasant and helpful. He even threw in some extra tire coverage which was a welcome surprise to us! We sealed the deal right there and then and are the happy owners now of our Toyota Rav 4. Although the car was not a Volvo, our purchase was treated as just as important a sale. We were impressed with the attention to detail and most importantly the human interaction and no pressure approach we received. We would recommend this dealership to all. More
