I brought my car in today at 8am to inquire about an ipod adapter. Since the labor charge depends on whether the car is already "prepped" for navigation and/or satellite radio, and since I didn't know for adapter. They called me at 4pm to say that the technician made a mistake and started the install...and therefore they'd need to keep the car for another day to uninstall. They claim it was a miscommunication. AMAZINGLY TYPICAL FOR THIS DEALERSHIP TO WASTE CUSTOMER TIME WITH INCOMPETANCY. More

I recommend this dealership because it is the only Volvo dealer in the area, and has provided me with a positive sales and service experience.
