The purchasing experience has always been a great one but the years of our continuous vehicle maintenance relationship with Lovering’s Service Department in Nashua, NH is something we hold most enjoyable. There is never a time that I have felt dismissed, short changed or pushed aside when we needed service, maintenance advice or getting into the garage for an urgent matter. John Chaput, the Service Director is a bit of an anomaly in today’s fast pace automotive service industry, where quantity sometimes trumps quality. He drives customer service in his shops every day of the week and does his best to focus totally on the customer experience…. he really does care about the product he is putting out there. As for our Service Advisor, we have been lucky to deal with the best! Long term Lovering associate, Chris Holt is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, calm under pressure, respectful and customer focused individual that I have had the pleasure to work with. Chris continuously seeks ways to up his game and is always ready to provide guidance on our vehicle maintenance needs, as well as always finding ways to avoid and/or save money while never sacrificing quality or vehicle safety.
