I bought my first car back on October of 2012. I thought the dealer I worked with was a nice guy and easy to work with. Based on my sales-girl she made the entire experience not well at all! she over called me over text me she would tell me things that she said came from the finance company, but i spoke to the finance compan well at all! she over called me over text me she would tell me things that she said came from the finance company, but i spoke to the finance company and they had all the information that the sales-girl kept calling me for. she was too worried about just getting me in a car, she got to wrapped up in selling the service plan. i was worried if something went wrong after i left the lot and she kept saying you have a warranty itll there for you just soo uncomfortable i ended up bringing the car back and working with the manager and got a fabulous car. I purchased a vehicle in the past from Low Book. I was unaware they had a Service Department open to the public until I received a coupon for inspection and emission certification. I was impressed on my first visit and have taken all three of my vehicles each year for several years. I don't shop any more. I know their prices are fair and their technicians are well trained and professional. The service managers are knowledgeable and give honest opinions based on maintenance issues which should be considered, but may not be absolutely necessary at the time. There is never a hard sell. I enjoy the waiting area, complete with refreshments and wi-fy access. During my last visit I conversed with another 'sold' customer. He had saved almost a thousand dollars to replace a catalytic converter as quoted by a dealer. I will definitely continue to bring my automobiles here for maintenance and service issues. I will also shop here when considering the purchase of my next vehicle. More

This was the best experience I have ever had with a service shop. They took really good care of me and my car. I had been to three other service shops and they could not figure out what the problem w service shop. They took really good care of me and my car. I had been to three other service shops and they could not figure out what the problem with my car was. They thought it might be this or that and gave me quotes but weren't sure. Low book found the problem and fixed it quickly and the price was much cheaper than other service centers had quoted me. They were very friendly and I appreciated that they took into consideration that my car was old and told me which things to fix the most instead of just telling me I had to fix everything to get more money out of me like has happened to me at other places. I love everything about them and will continue to go back for anything I need. I very very highly recommend them! More
