Me and my husband had a great experience. We traveled from Cedar City, because I was searching for a specific vehicle and found it at your dealership. I called ahead several times just to make sure that everything was ready upon our arrival. I got the run around on the phone and when I finally did speak with Sean, our salesperson (Lindon Office) - and explained our situation and that we would be in tomorrow he didn't seem to really listen to what exactly the situation was and I felt he was not attentive to the conversation. We ended up purchasing the vehicle, but was very disappointed in the lack of customer care we received. The vehicle was not as clean as it should have been, we got ripped off on our trade in and the vehicle we purchased had no gas in it not to mention when we got home and lifted the hood we found a LARGE rats nest on the engine with rat feces and urine everywhere under the hood. DISGUSTING! If I didn't love my new car so much I would be making a trip to give it back to you. Our trade in car 2004 Nissan Murano, with very low miles and was in excellent condition it was only on your website for a few days. Your dealership, offered us $10,000.00 for it which was insulting -they bumped it up to $11,000.00 but we should have not taken that low of a price. I know that customer satisfaction is critical to survival of your business. Overall, as it stands I would not recommend Low Book to a friend. More

MARK TOOK OUR BASIC INFO AND CAME BACK LATER WITH A VEHICLE (WHICH WE REJECTED-TOO SMALL) AND A GOOD PAYMENT AND PRICE. WE DID FIND A BETTER FIT-A VAN- SO HE DID HIS MAGIC AND WE GOT IT! More

The first time i came through it was great numbers were on, it was a smooth transition. However the second time i came to do a in and out, not every thing was told to me i bought a vechile for 10 000 howev on, it was a smooth transition. However the second time i came to do a in and out, not every thing was told to me i bought a vechile for 10 000 however i ended up paying 1 500 for a bank fee and 1 600 for a warranty that the car didn't even need cause it already still had the manufacter warranty, and i didn't want it. 500 fee to pay them for the transaction on top of the sales tax and registration. I put a down payment of 3 500 and still financed 12 000. all together ended having 5 500 on top of the vechile price, to be honest i would of been fine if i was told this up front. I was told i can come in with just my down payment and documents, i told david can i get the pre approval he said that he didn't need to that it was an easy deal he can do it in his sleep. The seller can all the way from Hyde Park which is past Logan. He wasn't told that the check would come to him in the mail. We arrived at 4 o'clock and didn't get home till 9:30. What i was most upset about is that i had to put my wife in the loan when i was told to just bring myself and they wanted a larger down and never told me they included the bank fee and warranty which i didn't want. If they told upfront that the deal was going to be hard and long and that they were going to include all those fees i would of never came!! More

First the dealership looks nice especially for a used car dealership. In my opinion it rivals many new car places. I've certainly been in worse. Our credit situation wasn't all that great but they found a dealership. In my opinion it rivals many new car places. I've certainly been in worse.
