I am a return customer to Low Book. I like the fast service and the help I got with getting me into a good car after my bankruptcy. I like the raodside service and the free IM testing feature. Very disapointed the truck was delivered with less than a 1/4 tank of gas! Come on Lowbook FILL THE TANK FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS! Most dealerships do at least the good ones do! We live in Cedar City, and called ahead. They had everything ready for us when we got there. I think we were only at the dealership for about and hour and a half before we drove away with our new (us everything ready for us when we got there. I think we were only at the dealership for about and hour and a half before we drove away with our new (used) car. The only problem we had (and it wasn't even a horrible issue) was on the drive home, just after we passed through Beaver the check engine light came on. My husband is a mechanic and was able to hook it up to the computer at work the next day. It turned out to be the air filter. He said it was horribly dirty. Not a big issue since he was planning on changing it out for a K&N air filter. Just thought you should know. Thanks again, we had a great experience and will hopefully bring more business to you in the future! More

Walked on lot and I said I was looking for a smaller car and a payment around $250. Sales guy in Layton walks me to a Saturn Vue and says how about this for $400 a month??? I told him I worked as a car salesman for 5 years in the past and I know how this "game" works. With that being said, you would think being honest would be the strategy going forward. Nope- traditional sales tactics through and through. As far as thier name LOW BOOK...I don't what book they are referring too. It's definitely not Kelly Blue Book or NADA. Their prices are way out of line. Plus they said there is no haggeling. As a heads up...you will get approved for financing at a rediculous rate. The problem with that is that you will alway be upside down on your car. They talk about refinancing after a year. That is impossible, don't be fooled. If a majority of your payments are all going towards the interest, especially in the first year- you'll never be able to get out of your loan. The best thing to do is to make sure you have GAP insurance and pray someone smashes into you on I-15. Would only recommend Low Book if you are deperate. More

The experience would have been much better if we would have been given the correct information on the financing. We were told one story by the sales team, and when we got to the finance manager the terms have been given the correct information on the financing. I gave the 5 ratings because they were great and easy to work with. The 4 because I thought the car price could have been a little lower.
