The staff was friendly and very welcoming. This was the most hassle free experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I spent no more than two hours and I got what I wanted for the price I expected. DON'T BUY. I bought a certified car and I am having nothing but issues they won't even warranty their own work. They're certified tech put my strut in backwards causing my strut mount and bearing to f nothing but issues they won't even warranty their own work. They're certified tech put my strut in backwards causing my strut mount and bearing to fail. They charged me for tire disposal when I had to buy new tires. They wouldn't let me back out of a deal the day after i ended up getting laid off.. It has been less then a year and I am well over a thousand dollars into my certified car and still chasing problems. I can't even drive on the freeway cuz my front end shakes so bad. More

Bought a 2012 Ford from Low Book after my existing car was totaled. The salesman was super nice and really great about getting us into a car but almost as soon as we drove off the lot, the problems starte was totaled. The salesman was super nice and really great about getting us into a car but almost as soon as we drove off the lot, the problems started. Their warranty is crap. Sales pitches you that the car has a bumper-to-bumper warranty, when in reality almost nothing is covered. This is a super shady dealership. They're interested in making sales and then not caring. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to my enemy. More
