I had told them I was going on a trip back to Ohio so I wanted the vehicle in tip top shape...When I picked up my vehicle. They had marked my filters Dirty when I had just changed them myself less than 100 miles ago which tells me that they pencil whipped my inspection and did not inspect my vehicle properly... The best part about the whole experience was the service writer I dealt with the gentleman on the left when I walked in was helpful ...needless to say I don't feel like they took the time I had given them to inspect my vehicle properly even though I left it all day More
