Excellent Service Department. I am new to the area and my 2003 Lincoln Town Car was in need of service. After reading yelp and doing further research I decided that I would not take my vehicle to the local Ford dealership.(They have 1 1/2 stars on yelp) I contacted Holiday Cadillac on Saturday and I brought my vehicle in on the following Tuesday. I wanted an oil and filter change and the rear shocks replaced. Lexis Harrell in the service department was very professional and friendly. She made the whole process very easy. The work that was performed was excellent and they washed and vacuumed my car. This is where I will be taking all of my vehicles in the future. Great Job! More

I went to this dealership 4 years ago, just looking. Within a few hours I left with a new car.
