We saw the car we wanted (Cadillac CT4) on Loyalty's website and came in and worked with Gerald Bradshaw. We got a fair trade in value for our trade in (a ten year old Cadillac ATS) and were able to get a reasonable discount on the new car we wanted. Gerald was great pointing out the new features on the new Cadillac CT4 and showing us how to use them.

Charles Wiley is my salesman. I visited Duke Automotive in December 2025 for my first time on a quest to order a 2026 GMC Sierra HD. The process exceeded my expectations. My wife and I have always been partial to GM products and since 2021 more partial to the GMC build. Charles was friendly and professional from the first visit to the dealership.
