I want to thank Loyalty Cadillac for saving our vacation. I especially want to thank Kaitlyn Ussery. We desperately needed an oil change on my new XT6. We thought we'd be able to make it back from our 2 week I especially want to thank Kaitlyn Ussery. We desperately needed an oil change on my new XT6. We thought we'd be able to make it back from our 2 week vacation before I needed the oil change. Long story short, I called my dealer cause I was starting to get very bad gas milage. Even though I still had life left on my oil my dealer in St Louis said I wouldn't make it back in time so I needed an oil change immediately. Called Loyalty and they generously got us in the next day (my dealer would take weeks). Kaitlyn greeted us as we came in and she couldn't have been nicer, helpful and attentive. She actually found and way to squeeze us in earlier then the appointment. About mid way through the service she came to us and said the car will be done soon and asked if we needed anything. To our surprise Kaitlyn came back shortly after and said we are good to go. We actually were back on the road on the road and before our appointed time. Couldn't be happier. To tell you the truth, I wish my dealer/service was as excellent as Loyalty (and Kaitlyn). Unfortunately the car is having some type of mechanical issues. Since I bought the care I was getting over 30 MPG (on flat highways) to now barley over 26 MPG. I made an appointment with my dealer and it will be a month before I can bring in my car. Now I wish I lived near Loyalty Cadillac. More
I always enjoy my visit to Loyalty Chevrolet Cadillac. Nikki Harmon is always my service advisor, and she is always so wonderful!! She is always there to meet me when I arrive at the dealership and always has a smile!! She is always so nice and pleasant!! She keeps me updated on the progress of my car which is so helpful. I had my check engine light come on recently and called and made an appointment for the next afternoon, which was the first opening. Nikki saw me on the schedule and called me to see if I could drop it off that morning so they could find out what the problem was and hopefully have it fixed and back to me the same day. That worked out perfectly since a part had to be ordered which she got the same day, and my car was ready when I got to the dealership. I was so grateful for her kindness in doing that since I only have one vehicle and live about 30 minutes away, so that helped me so much with not having to find a ride. Nikki always makes sure I am taken care of and I feel more like family than a customer!! Nikki makes sure I have a ride to work and back to the dealership, and Gary is always very nice and pleasant to talk to when taking me back and forth. And I want to also thank James Cobb (I hope I have his name correct) for going over everything so thoroughly on my car to find the issues and getting them taken care of so that I was able to get my car back the same day. Everyone is so nice and friendly at Loyalty, and I will continue coming back!! Thank you, Nikki, for all of your continued help!! More
This is the only dealership that I trust to service my Corvette. Will is probably the best Corvette Tech on the East Coast and any dealership is lucky to have him. Loyalty Chevrolet Cadillac is great place to take your vehicle when you want great service. I don't even drive a Chevy, but they treat me like I do. My service associate knows me by name.
