Nikki Harmon as always was a great help in servicing our vehicle. She made good suggestions and lined up what and when we should return. It is always a pleasure to do business with Loyalty. vehicle. Outstanding service for both my Cadillac as well as my Corvette. My service adviser, Kaitlin Ussery was the best. And the service performed was done to perfection at a good price. I highly recommend Loyal Corvette. My service adviser, Kaitlin Ussery was the best. And the service performed was done to perfection at a good price. I highly recommend Loyalty! More
I had a very disappointing experience with Loyalty Chevrolet. After agreeing on a deal and having my credit run, the dealership came back and raised the price of the vehicle by $7,000. The price they Chevrolet. After agreeing on a deal and having my credit run, the dealership came back and raised the price of the vehicle by $7,000. The price they initially offered matched the one listed online, and it was clearly stated on the paperwork during our negotiations. However, after everything seemed set, they claimed the online price was a mistake and refused to honor the original deal. Not only is this a major red flag in terms of transparency and trustworthiness, but running a customer's credit before finalizing the actual price is unacceptable. Now I have a hard inquiry on my credit report and no vehicle, all due to their error or, at worst, bait-and-switch tactics. I would advise anyone considering doing business with this dealership to proceed with caution and ensure that all pricing is locked in writing before any financial steps are taken. This experience cost me time, damaged my credit, and left me extremely frustrated. More
