They were very professional, fast accurate explained everything and handled my vechile in a timely manner. My 10 year old car was brought in for multiple lights on the dashboard. After 3 hours, I was given a quote of $19,323.74 for repairs. Loyalty said my timing belt showed wear and corrosion. In addition they recommended windshield wipers, tire rotation, alignment, water pump. All of these things had just been done by me personally or by a garage near my home. When I questioned the employee, he said "you should have told us that". I replied "No, you should have been honest with what needs fixing". When I questioned the enormous cost, the employee said it was a "fat finger mistake" and my quote was $10,000 off. When I asked to speak with the manager Wes Brown, he was still on his hour and a half lunch break. More
