I had an overall great experience at this dealership. Our salesman, Logan Mcnutt, was extremely helpful and patient as we checked out multiple different cars and took our time making a decision. He was knowledgeable about the cars we were considering and did not rush us at all, which I appreciate. I did not feel pressured into making a purchase at any point. As expected, we still spent multiple hours on site but such an important purchase takes time. My only complaint is I personally was not impressed with the finance representative. He attempted to sell us things we did not need, such as gap insurance, even after we explicitly stated we did not want and would not be purchasing certain packages. He also made comments throughout our interaction I did not appreciate. Thankfully we are informed and educated on the car buying process and are happy with the final outcome. As with any dealership, do your homework before you arrive. Overall, we were served timely and felt we received good customer service. I will definitely consider going back to this dealership for my next purchase. More
