Brought my 2014 dart in for loud rattle sound at idle and a slight oil burning smell. They found no evidence of oil issue and suggested a tune-up which I agreed to since it did need that anyway. They tight a slight oil burning smell. They found no evidence of oil issue and suggested a tune-up which I agreed to since it did need that anyway. They tightened exhaust heat shields stating that was the rattle. I pick up my car and start the engine...SAME RATTLE. So, now I have to call them on Monday and inconvenience myself and be without my car while they try and diagnose the original issue. More
