We visited this dealership a week before the revisit to buy, and didn’t have the best experience with salesperson Mike. I continued communication with Chris over text message, and he was much more helpful and responsive, and flexible. When we arrived, we started working with Roscoe to finalize the deal, and it was a complete 180° turn from what we experienced the week before. Himself, and the Finance guy Saul Goldstein made the entire process and experience transparent, painless, and stress-free. Shoutout to Roscoe for picking up the pieces Mike left incomplete until the last minute, being flexible and informative and fun. More

I brought my Grand Cherokee in because I smelled antifreeze. My husband saw a leak from the water pump. When they pressure tested the system they found that the radiator and water pump needed to b antifreeze. My husband saw a leak from the water pump. When they pressure tested the system they found that the radiator and water pump needed to be replaced. They replaced both. The day after I picked my car up a traction control light kept popping up. Turns out they forgot to connect a sensor, so back again I go for their error. About 2 weeks later I smelled antifreeze again, my husband again saw a leak from the water pump. Took it back again and they replaced the water pump again or so they said because initially they said the pressure test showed no leaks. Fast forward and the water pump is leaking yet again. Dealt with Megan the first time and she was helpful, dealt with Mike the second & third times, not so much. They replaced the water pump and radiator, but yet did not replace any antifreeze, wanted me to pay to have the system flushed since it looked like there was sludge in the antifreeze. No new antifreeze in my car, but sure did charge the warranty company for antifreeze. I chose this place based on reviews from this site and they have a lot of good reviews, but I would never take my car to this place again. I am back here looking for another dealer to go to who will actually fix my problem that will now be the 4th time!!!! More
