Stopped in based on a conversation with their Friendly / Knowledgeable BDC people to inquire about a specific model that they had in stock. I explained the situation total transparency of what I was looking at and the arrangement verbally made with the other offer. Explained that their car was the one I actual prefer. I have been treated well by service people as they have tried to help me pass nj inspection as my car failed 7 times. Your service department is not a problem but my car is basically a lemon.
