I had scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for an appointment on Saturday at 8AM. When I came in to check in and wait with the car, I was told there would be an approximate 2 hour wait because of the appointment on Saturday at 8AM. When I came in to check in and wait with the car, I was told there would be an approximate 2 hour wait because of the number of scheduled services and they were short on techs for the day. I was able to have someone come pick me up even though I had scheduled the service as wait because normally it only takes 1 hour to finish. I didn't get a call that it was ready for pickup until after lunch. It wasn't a huge issue and I got my car back same day but maybe the scheduling needs to be looked at to make sure it isn't overbooked for appointments. More

I will never use this dealership again even for warranty repair. Brought truck in twice within week and half for same issue only to be told on second visit it was a common problem. Very disappointed today when I got an email saying I declined an AC filter and a multipoint inspection. When I brought my Pacifica in I said I knew I needed an oil change and new wipers.
