Excellent service provided by Jeff! He was pleasant, friendly, interested, efficient and eager in assisting with Jeep issue being fixed in a timely manner. Been having symptoms of failing crankshaft sensor for some time that others were not able to diagnosis. It is running great now! It was an expensive fix due to labor but worth it. I have used this dealership in the past and recommend for Jeep. More

Solved the problem but not without many delays and miscommunications from the service department manager. Also why was no one in the service department at 4:15 pm on a Wednesday to look at my car when miscommunications from the service department manager. Also why was no one in the service department at 4:15 pm on a Wednesday to look at my car when I took it in? And while I do have the extended warranty and was quoted a price of $100 all the way till when I went to pick up my car ... 10 days later!... And then it was $200. Why? When I inquired why the price increase, they called the service department manager who came out to the cashier desk and she just flipped the paperwork and walked away even as I was speaking to her.
