Scheduled vehicle for recall repair. Confirmed recall needed before appointment. Vehicle sat 2 days only to be told parts needed to be ordered. While I find all the service advisors engaging, I ask for Mike the assistant service manager. Mike knows my vehicle's history. He explains the needed work thoroughly and the associated costs. We decide together what must be done vs what is recommended. There are no surprises at check out! So. I heartily recommend Lucas. More
