My car was in for a dashboard recall. The recall was sent to me right before Covid hit and as a result it has been a two year wait for the service. During that long wait, your service manager, Bob Bruc sent to me right before Covid hit and as a result it has been a two year wait for the service. During that long wait, your service manager, Bob Bruce stayed in touch and kept me abreast of the delays. Finally, last week the dashboard was replaced and the job was done better than I expected.
