I purchased a 2014 used Dodge Durango Citadel with 77,000 miles for 26,000 cash from my wifes life insurance policy. It's only been 3 months and the warranty was 30 days or 1,000 miles horrible. Won't change my incorrect email address I have tried for more than a year to get this dealership, service center and company to correct the email address for the person who purchased a vehic I have tried for more than a year to get this dealership, service center and company to correct the email address for the person who purchased a vehicle from them — it wasn't me — and take mine out of their system. I am constently bombarded with emails about service that is due on the vehicle and advetisements for newer models from the company's corporate headquarters. I have contacted Michael Ginyard the sales rep, and people in the service department including the service director, Bob Bruce, and they've done nothing — as you can tell because I recieved this survey and have never been to their dealership. I feel bad that the real purchaser isn't getting the information they need. More
