Recall service work done, Had to wait a week for appointment. They only completed one of two recalls at time. Had a week to get materials for other recall. Which was next day. At time of pickup asked about loaner again, said no to short of a job. Was told just come back anytime. Quiet obvious they do not vale my time. It was a floor mate that needed replaced. Asked if they could mail to my house. Said no, I sure, I could have handled replacement, but they where more concerned about getting money for recall hours than customers time and satisfaction. I don't know if its a change in personnel or something else, but since I bought my truck in 2019 it gone downhill. We have bought numerous vehicles from them. Used to be a go to dealer, now its a stay away for me. More
