My truck door has been opening and closing on its own. The people at the dealership asked me if I have changed the alternator, to which I said yes. They said I have to change it again. So I changed it aga The people at the dealership asked me if I have changed the alternator, to which I said yes. They said I have to change it again. So I changed it again because they said that’s the reason this was happening. After spending $360 on a new alternator, the problem was not fixed. I went back to the dealership and this time they said I have to change the latch. I asked them will that actually solve the problem, they said no that’s just what we’re starting with, if it doesn’t work we’ll try something else. I suggested we check the wires and everything but they insisted on what they were saying. I wasted $360 because they did not know what they were talking about. I went to someone else who fixed the problem with $70. Go to someone who has knowledge in what they do. More
