I typically think of a large purchase as a stressful situation, but this time that could not be From start to finish, my experience was a great one. I typically think of a large purchase as a stressful situation, but this time that could not be further from the truth. Scott was incredible in assisting us to find exactly what we were looking for and went above and beyond to answer questions, explain the options we had available and search time and again to ensure he had the best fit for us. The morning we picked up the vehicle, signing was a breeze with the delightful Jackie (oh I hope I got that right...I was rather excited about the new purchase so may have that name messed up - Sorry!). She was so pleasant and explained everything in depth and got us out to our new ride quickly. When we were officially new car owners owners, Scott took so much time sharing the ins and outs of the vehicle and going over the infotainment system (and holy cow..there's a lot there) making sure we were aware of all of the cool features and that we knew how to use them. I would absolutely recommend Lucas Smith to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! More
