I had such a great experience. I knew we had a 3rd baby on the way and we only had 1 car which was a small sedan. It was only on the lot for 1 week. Shawn helped us and we test drove the Durango to make sure we were comfortable. He was so patient, wasn't over pressuring to sell it and was very informative and friendly. Jackie also made the transaction so smooth as she had all the paperwork ready to go and we signed in less than 10 minutes and out the door we were to our new Durango.
