The car drove and looked like new. Over the next few days we worked closely with sales rep Alex Griffen to hammer out a great deal. When we picked up our Durango, a recall had been resolved, the required safety inspection completed, the car had been cleaned and detailed and it had been fueled up. We we're repeatedly asked if there was any further service we desired. The level of care we received made this purchase the best we've had over our more than forty years of marriage. The salesman are personable and treat you like a friend instead of just a customer. They worked with my fiancé and I to find the Jeep Grand Cherokee I really wanted and took the time to explain how all the new bells and whistles work. More

He made time for us to come check out the vehicle that day even though they were closing in 45 min. He gave us the keys, said take it for a spin, came back and filled out paperwork so he could get us an accurate quote first thing mon morning when business resumed. He responded hastily to all of my texts during the day and answered every question I had to the best of his ability. I had nothing but positive results with Chris. My only complaint, and it was out of Chris's control, was I think I could've done a better job detailing the vehicle lol. It was used and they hadn't had it long prior to us buying it. Dropped it off this morning and picked up in afternoon. No big deal though. Overall a very positive and painless process. Thanks again to Chris. More
