Ricky said yhe car never been in accident which was lie the cqr was in accident in passenger side and not even was fixed properly. I am usually not one who writes reviews but my experience is something anyone looking to buy a car should know. Now, we all know how terrifying it is to buy a used car, let alone one that is all the way acr is something anyone looking to buy a car should know. Now, we all know how terrifying it is to buy a used car, let alone one that is all the way across the country. After searching for weeks, I finally found it at Lucky Motors. 2011 BMW 650. Did I mention it was across the country??? We all have heard horror stories about buying used cars, and used car sales people, but the car was exactly what I was looking for. The right color, the right options, and most importantly,the right price. Too hard to pass up but I couldnt get any time off to travel across the country to buy a car. I finally gathered up the courage to call Lucky Motors and try to buy the car. I was fortunate enough to get the General Manager Ricky on the phone. Unusual right? I immediately told him how apprehensive I was about 1. buying a used car and 2. doing it sight unseen. I have to say, the man knows his cars!!! He was so patient with me. I had a ton of questions which he answered without BS. Unusual for a car deal right? What struck me was his confidence in the car and that put me at ease. He told me everything I wanted to know and even told me about a small scratch on the bumper, which I hadnt noticed in the pictures online. WOW!!! Needless to say I bought the car and then had to wait for it to arrive on the truck. Ricky and I were in constant communication over the next few day just to make sure things were going smoothly. He promised my car would arrive on a certain day, AND IT DID!!!! It was exactly as he has described. Again WOW. Of course I was ecstatic and called to thank him with a certain amount of disbelief in my voice. I have never had a similar experience buying a used car. I will never buy a used car from anyone else (because Ricky promised he would find me whatever other car I am looking for even if he didnt have it in stock). What a relief to be able to buy a used car, from across the country, and have it be exactly as you had hoped!! Thank you Lucky Motors for having my car, and thank you Ricky for making it a purchase experience to brag about. More
