Have had my 350 serviced since I bought it new bc I bought the svc contract. My 1st time this spring using lugoff was horrible. My review stated so. Once again I was returned a truck with oily finger prints all over the hood and on my steering wheel. Again. Not one single fluid was topped off.. I had purchased the full svc contract and Bozard Ford always filled everything and even washed the truck--a cust svc. Marcus taking care of me.cost.me.nearly 400 bucks. I.got a text asking me for a review to which i responded "i better not". Marcus called and apologized and offered a.refund to which i agreed. I called him weekly to asked where my refund was. Now he needed a credit card. That was 2 weeks ago. So my review-- shoddy less than professional work and managers who lie to you. Ive learned my lesson on lugoff ford More

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Lugoff Ford. The sales person, Austin was super professional. He kept me posted throughout the transaction as I was coming from NC to purchase a vehicle and the The sales person, Austin was super professional. There was no pressure and not really any haggling to be done with the sales manager. The car was fully detailed when I arrived to pick it up. There was a very noticeable mark in the leather seat that Austin took upon himself to resolve. He even helped me get familiar with the car and it's options even though it wasn't a Ford. He was super knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Definitely the best car buying experience I ever had. I was in and out super quick which was important as I was traveling over 2 hours to purchase the car. Seriously worth the ride! More
