I'll start by saying I will NEVER shop here again and recommend you find another dealership. They are not up front about the pricing of their vehicles. In my case, I saw a car on the website for $9600 recommend you find another dealership. They are not up front about the pricing of their vehicles. In my case, I saw a car on the website for $9600 & thought it would total $10,500 after taxes and sales fees. It actually came out to $13,700 because of "what we put into it" with the add-on cost being worth maybe a few hundred total. Some of the add-ons listed were not actually on the car as well. I would also recommend a warranty for used cars and probably an inspection before purchase. I got super "unlucky". The tpms light came on about 10 minutes after the purchase (it takes the car 30ish minutes to sense an error which is indicative of a manual reset to hide the issue) so it didn't come on during the test drive. Cylinder three began misfiring five days after purchase due to a sparkplug missing much of the insulator. It was also cross-threaded but thankfully did not snap off, this was either intentionally left in there or ignored by the service department. About 45 days after the purchase, It turns out my engine had coolant intrusion brought on by a design flaw, they didn't mention this guaranteed engine killing problem so I was unaware of it. Overall I had a pretty bad experience and was lied to constantly, even after the sales manager told me they could reimburse half of the engine replacement cost, they went back on their word. Once I started sharing my story and allowing other people to share their reviews on a Facebook page, they got their lawyer across the street involved. NEVER shop here!!! More

I am not sure where to start. First let me say that I am a Disabled Veteran with multiple brain injuries from service and I have always felt that each and every time I've come in First let me say that I am a Disabled Veteran with multiple brain injuries from service and I have always felt that each and every time I've come in to purchase a vehicle I was taken advantage of by being told a specific price and then the dealership lingo of an internet price vs a in person vs extra packages that to be should have been listed online or noted in person that made the vehicle cost more! I purchased 5 vehicles with Lugoff Ford within the past 4 years and each one has been nothing but a headache due to dealership error! My very first was a Ford Ranger which before the purchase I asked for specifics and they did agree to which included installation. Afterwards they realized it was not as easy as they thought and tried to not follow through with the deal which caused a HUGE issue! They even tried to go against the We OWE and not provide what they promised! In the end they found they were wrong and did follow through, so I decided to give another chance. I purchased 2 brand new vehicles this day! The 2nd time I purchased two new Mustangs. The Mach E in which they didn't have at the time I was promised features and told it was the same as the one we test drove, being it was day time we didn't think to look to be honest but found that was not the case, they lied to us and instead of trying to make it right it was just an "Oh, sorry about that". I was told by Lugoff Ford that the Mach E held GREAT value but found later it lost 50% of its value and is borderline just as valuable as the cheapest KIA, stay far away from this car! I wanted to give them another shot so I recently come back and purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer with a co-signer and due to issue before the deal was sent through, I wanted to simply return it back to the dealer. The day I arrived to do so they were all about taking it back but I needed to get home, it was late so I said I would be back tomorrow! Tomorrow comes and I am told the deal is funded and its a done deal, best of luck. A tactical way of telling me to F off and going back on what they said. The dealership is not trustworthy and I would rather go to any other not owned by the same group, maybe Nissan? They are new in the town of Lugoff, have great deals and seem to actually care to help people instead. I feel like they played off of my disabilities being disabled and a disabled vet. It took DAYS at times to just get a response from them, and the overall experience just was not top notch, not like purchasing a 50+ thousand-dollar car EACH time! More
Have had my 350 serviced since I bought it new bc I bought the svc contract. My 1st time this spring using lugoff was horrible. My review stated so. Marcus called me and begged me to change review and bought the svc contract. My 1st time this spring using lugoff was horrible. My review stated so. Marcus called me and begged me to change review and if I did he would take care me at my next svc. So I gave him benefit of doubt and had my svc done there In June. Once again I was returned a truck with oily finger prints all over the hood and on my steering wheel. Again. Not one single fluid was topped off.. I had purchased the full svc contract and Bozard Ford always filled everything and even washed the truck--a cust svc. Marcus taking care of me.cost.me.nearly 400 bucks. I.got a text asking me for a review to which i responded "i better not". Marcus called and apologized and offered a.refund to which i agreed. I called him weekly to asked where my refund was. Now he needed a credit card. That was 2 weeks ago. So my review-- shoddy less than professional work and managers who lie to you. Ive learned my lesson on lugoff ford More

My used vehicle was good except for a window that wouldn't go down.they would've fixed it but the safety issues needed to get corrected first. The window repair is up to me. wouldn't go down.they would've fixed it but the safety issues needed to get corrected first. The window repair is up to me. More
