2017 Ford Escape I have to admit I have been going to the Chevy deal in Dalhonga, Ga for my last 3 vehicles. My daughter was shopping for a new car and bough one from I have to admit I have been going to the Chevy deal in Dalhonga, Ga for my last 3 vehicles. My daughter was shopping for a new car and bough one from Lugoff ford, I was with her and ended up buying me one too. CJ and Marcus were fantastic in helping me find just the right car. They explained every function on the car and how to operate it. Most sales person are very pushy and just want to make a sale. Once they make the sale, it like they did their jobs. But sale persons have to remember that its all about customer satisfaction to keep that customer coming back to buy their next car. CJ and Marcus did just that. I usually trade every year to every two years and I will go back to Lugoff Ford to see CJ and Marcus again. Chris Nimmons was also awesome, he got my payments just were I told him. Service After The Sale or Lack there of Still like the car and the dealership. My salesman CJ said he would get me the key fob and mail it to me. Well a week went by and no key. Went down t Still like the car and the dealership. My salesman CJ said he would get me the key fob and mail it to me. Well a week went by and no key. Went down there Saturday to do some paperwork and see about key. CJ said he was to busy to check on key. Huh, What..to busy to pick up a phone or go to their Toyota dealership less than a mile away. Trump is not that busy!! There may not be a key fob IDK, but don't tell me you are going to do something and then do absolutely nothing to follow it up. I'll get a key myself if I'm not to busy. Not great at all Upon purchasing a used 2014 f150 noticed a shutter when driving have brought the truck back on several occasions due to the tranny guy being out and f Upon purchasing a used 2014 f150 noticed a shutter when driving have brought the truck back on several occasions due to the tranny guy being out and finally got an appt 4 months after purchase and sat 6 hours to be told it was normal for the truck to do it and was told they had to wait for other options from ford itself to run more test yet my truck is sitting in parking lot and not in shop I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication and lack of effort towards making a customer happy it's basically oh well and here is your keys see ya later ...very disappointed and unhappy customer from the sale of the truck to present More

Customer service, knowledge of product, impressive salesman I was looking for a vehicle with a higher towing capacity than my 2016 GMC Sierra. Although I loved that truck, I needed something different. I was al I was looking for a vehicle with a higher towing capacity than my 2016 GMC Sierra. Although I loved that truck, I needed something different. I was also looking to lower my payment. When I got to the dealership, CJ met me in the parking lot. We spoke for a few minutes about what I was looking for. He was spectacular. He only showed me vehicles that he thought would meet my requirements. His knowledge of the various vehicles and features was amazing. After a false start with a 2016 F-150 Ecoboost, they went to work even harder and found my truck in Tennessee. Every promise was kept. The training I received was excellent. I would expect CJ will be a highly successful salesman for years to come. Another tip of the hat goes to Markus Metz. Very pleasant gentleman. His oversight and attention to details indicated to me that he has an excellent rapport with his customers and co-workers. Markus took time with me to answer all questions. I know I was probably a difficult customer, but these guys hit it out of the park. What a great team they have at Lugoff Ford. More
