Tried to purchase 1 year old pickup. First thing I noticed is it stunk like cigarettes and was filthy. You would think for $65000 they would at least wash it. They started off severely low balling me on my trade in and charging $2500 extra for their own dealer markup which they don't disclose until you are in there (some car washes, nitrogen in the tires, a final wipedown, etc). The sales manager then kept trying to pressure me into a longer payment when I told him no less than 10 times I wasn't going to do it. He was overall rude and the overall experience was not good. More

Austin Brown was an awesome sales person and I highly recommend him, the finance manager Caleb was great as well and Jennifer in the finance dept was also very awesome. I highly recommend working with these 3 when buying a car at Lugoff Ford. They go out their way to get you what you want and they made it happen when all the other dealerships turned it down.
