Awesome buying experience! I had been wanting to get a roomy smaller SUV and had been looking at reviews for quite some time. I'm not intimidated by car dealerships at all but t I had been wanting to get a roomy smaller SUV and had been looking at reviews for quite some time. I'm not intimidated by car dealerships at all but they are not my favorite place to go. That ended the moment Baker met me at my car. She made me feel right at home! She asked what I wanted in a new car and I explained I needed to upgrade as my folks were getting up in age so I needed a car we can all get into and out of with ease. One that we can be comfortable in when I go to visit them. She introduced me to the Ford Escape. We took a test drive and I loved it. They had the color I wanted with the accessories to make driving a pleasure. When it came to making the deal.....there was no pressure. Everyone who helped me ( I can't remember all of their names as it happened so fast ) was super nice and attentive.
