The only reason that the overall experience was not rated as "great" was something that I realize was not completely their fault. Richard is a gem! The facilities are nice, the people very friendly, and there wasn't any pressure to buy. I was surprised at how close to Columbia they are, and the drive, even up Two Notch Road, is qui very friendly, and there wasn't any pressure to buy.
