As much as it pains me to learn of your experience I sincerely appreciate your bringing this to my attention. Only now that I'm aware can I make those changes which are clearly necessary to ensure this doesn't happen to anybody else. I have spoken with Ray and asked why you have not been contacted and the Phone # he has for you was not valid. The person taking the message probably wrote it down wrong. The person he has been calling finally called back and told us it was a wrong #. Please give me a valid phone number I can contact you on. Mark Mason Jr General Manager.

Bill and Ray know my husband's cell and my cell phone number. The number they were calling (8035289200) has not been ours for at least a year. I am assuming this number is from when we purchased a truck about 3 years ago. Bill knew my husband's cell when he wanted us to come in the next day to resign. If they didn't know my number - how did the person answering the phone know it was me calling on 1/22? I did not tell them. I know I called 12 times - just from my cell phone. I kept asking for Ray or Bill. They were always busy. Never called me back. I would love for you to call me back so I can talk to YOU about this. My offer was $41787 out the door. Gave $500 deposit. Should have financed $41287. They had me finance $41568. Why is it so difficult to pull my offer and see it?? One time when I called and I was ignored - I asked to speak to someone over Ray and I was told he is the boss. There is no one above him. I just want what is owed to me. I am assuming they kept ignoring my calls hoping I would stop calling and forget about it. We are not talking about $5 - we are talking about @ $270. Can someone please pull my paperwork where I wrote my offer of $41787 OTD. My cell is 803-476-2341. I welcome a call from you Mark.

The lack of personalization with this canned response, used word-for-word on another customer review, makes me wonder if you are truly sincere about good customer service and in making this right. I think a Walmart gift card and an explanation of what changes will be made to ensure other customers don't have a similar financing experience would help.
