I called Lugoff Ford and told them what I wanted and they had it waiting for me when I arrived. They knew what I wanted and never even thought to sell me anything more. It made my car buying experience much easier. Their dealership is 100 miles from my house and it was better to drive to them than it was to go to the dealership down the street. For whatever reason, he came across an ad for Lugoff Ford and was drawn to a particular ad for a 2011 Ford Explorer. It was EXACTLY what we had been looking for! We made the 45 minute drive to Lugoff only to be told "someone else has taken the vehicle home". We were CRUSHED. The salesmen were all equally disappointed and were genuinely apologetic. They said they would keep their fingers crossed the vehicle would return in the morning. IT DID! Richard Andrews contacted us the next morning and invited us down to pick up our new car! My husband and I have worked in several car dealerships and understand the process of buying, selling and servicing vehicles. I can honestly say, this is the MOST transparent experience I have ever had with any dealership! Up front pricing and absolutely no hassle! Kudos to everyone at Lugoff Ford! More
